Prominences and corona, full eclipse of the sun 1999 in Turkey.
The telescope was small and rather cheap.
The colours here are a bit "corrected".
(shifted the reddish prominences towards yellow and the pale corona towards cyan/blue to make for a nice colour contrast)

The telescope was small and rather cheap.
The colours here are a bit "corrected".
(shifted the reddish prominences towards yellow and the pale corona towards cyan/blue to make for a nice colour contrast)
