I discovered an analog fractal rendering programm called N.A.T.U.R.E. (Nifty And Time-saving but Uncontrolable Rendering Engine
 ). The system requirements are:- a camera with macro lens and flash - a glas bowl - water - ink I used simple blue ink, photographed it freehand and inverted the colours. Although it's a simple inversion, the images look much cooler and you wouldn't associate bright yellow on black with blue ink in water on a white backgound! Ok, I did some special colour corrections too, but if you invert the image back, youll see thie ink! --- Nikon D100 @200 ASA 60 mm Micro Nikkor Sigma EM-140 DG macro flash bowl sheet of paper (background) Photoshop (curves, colour balance, inversion, cosmetics) Cadet (deconvolution) Noiseware (adaptive FFT noise filter whith built in sharpener) |
